Private memo to the Director, Atmospheric Studies: Tesla Effect Division. Date: 13 May 1950 On 15 April 1950, EDA2 and EDA3 detected a flurry of EMF pulses emanating in the areas of Hamburg, Cologne, Paris, Strassburg, Munich, Trieste, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Budapest, Warsaw and Danzig. This EMF interference has completely shut off Nazi Germany from the rest of the world. Except for Warsaw and Danzig - those pulses were muted to a great extent and are estimated to have originated at close to 1000 feet below sea level - all pulses originated near sea level, and all pulses were received within a time frame of .005 seconds. A nuclear EMP effect was quickly ruled out. (Some of the personnel here have drawn correlations between this event and the Tesla Atmospheric Effect. I disagree.) The pulses set up an effective RF screen all around German occupied territory. This screen extended beyond the territory in question by 100 to 125 miles - this has caused havoc in each an every adjoining country. We expected the RF screen to be short lived - an educated guess (on the part of our boys at ECCD) put a limit on the RF screen at 6 hours +/- 1 hour. However the screen continued at full intensity for 37 hours, at which time the field began to fade toward normal levels at a standard rate of decay. But before the RF screen had diminished by 50%, another bolus of EMF pulses was generated - same sources as before excluding Warsaw and Danzig. We assume the generators positioned in Poland have been moved or disabled. At this time the only area of Poland effected by the pulses is that which borders directly with Germany. The cycle of EMF pulses has continued to this day. Of course, by now, you are aware that Poland is once again out from under the heels of the Nazi. And except for areas of Poland directly adjacent with Germany, the Poles are free of the EMF effect. Over the last few weeks the Polish military has been enhanced by troops and equipment from Great Britain, Spain and the Republic Of Texas. I fully expect to see a Democratic nation emerge shortly. So far the only information out of German occupied territory since the first pulses has come from the witless minds of near-dead escapees from the effected area. These individuals have reported harsh living conditions, little food, and tainted water. They also speak of rebellion in the streets: German citizens are being gunned down in the streets by the military. Another report indicates a massive build-up of industry in the Rhineland and weird "noiseless" aircraft prowling the sky day and night. Although the effort to exterminate the entire Jewish population appears to have ended, all non-Aryan peoples have been consigned to a "lowest of low classes" and serve as menial workers and slaves.
